Dear Mrs. Bondi:
Please find enclosed a Memorandum Order that my client Van R. Irion, Esq. received from the Judicial Counsel of the Sixth Circuit.
The Memorandum and Order entered by Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton is cryptic at best in response to Mr. Irion’s complaint which is completely devoid of protecting Mr. Irion’s fundamental due process rights. Specifically, Judge Sutton admits that he had spoken to the subject judge, Chief Judge Travis McDonough, and was provided a response to Mr. Irion’s disciplinary complaint. This response was not provided to Mr. Irion for rebuttal depriving him of his 5th Amendment rights to defend his license as an attorney. This is an affront to due process and a continuing effort by the deep state and the judges they have implanted in the federal judiciary to continue with President Biden’s and Obama’s agenda. As I noted, in a previous letter to you, President Trump, and Mr. Musk, the only way to stop these fundamental violations by Article III judges is to find these individuals who are violating Americans’ fundamental rights including at the state level to eradicate these violations of the United States Constitution against its citizens.
Continuing, you will also note in Judge Sutton’s Memorandum that the subject judge scrubbed the metadata from the federal court’s servers, the same evidence of which goes directly to Mr. Irion’s complaint of altering documents in the court record. This was prejudicial to Mr.
Irion as he cannot access that information to mount a proper defense to the draconian disciplinary matter the subject judge entered against him and presides over. In addition, the admission of scrubbing metadata violates 18 U.S.C. § 1519 et seq. Moreover, as this is an attorney disciplinary matter brought by the subject judge it is quasi-criminal in nature which makes Judge Sutton’s admission that the subject judge’s order to a federal employee to scrub the metadata much more problematic.
Finally, I believe this shocking conduct by Article III judges rises to the level of Article III impeachment proceedings. Should you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact the Firm.
Thank you for serving as our United States Attorney General.
Sincerely,
Russ Egli
